Cisco ip phone transfer button not showing (CUCM 4.1)

Hello,

I have a sporadic issue with my cisco 7941 cisco ip phones in one of my sites.  Keep in mind I have call manager version.4.1.  So the weird issue is that one user calls another user and then that user wants to transfer to another user he hits the transfer button enters the extension and instead of getting the transfer button again only gets and exit button. If he presses the exit button it does transfer and if he does not press the button it does not transfer.  Also, this is happening from outside calls as well as internal calls.  Any suggestions.

Hi,

CCM 4.1 is getting old now.

There seems to be a few bugs related to TRANSFER but I cant find one with your specific issue.

The latest and probably the last release for 4.1 is 4.1.3SR8A.

May be you should upgrade to this version as it contains many fixes.
