Cisco IP Phone update

Hello Everybody

I have old Cisco IP phone I want to Repleas it with New Phones which have all old configuration 

which belong to old ones 

can any one tell me what is steps should id or give document which help me

can i import certain phones which have same Device pool

Hello,

you should use the Bulk Admin Tool to achieve this. You will first export all of your IP Phones configuration (Bulk->Phones->Export) and the import them using the new phone model Phone Template.
