CISCO IP Phone Voice Mail Box

Dear All ,

I need support in Voice Mail Box Issue ,One of my the Particular Extension i  cannot delete the  Voice Message Issue .

Even i removed the Particular Extension from the unity subscriber ,still the Voice message is not getting removed .

how can i remove the msg from my IP-Phone.

Kindly support on it .

Hi,

it seems you are talking about the red led alarm in the phone.

you need to dial MWI off DN to turn off the light.

you can find this extension under the voice mail configuration, in CUCM. 

if it is not configured, you need to configure them and sync them in unity connection.
