Hi ,,, I have IP Phone Cisco 7911G  i did, factory reset to phone , i need how to upload the firmware on the ip phone by using tftp program .?

and how the download the firmware  for ip phone .>?

You need to set a DHCP and point to the TFTP where you have the FW for the phone to work, and that should have been before the factory reset.

FW files are at downloads section on cisco.com
