Cisco MCS 7800 Heart Beat LED Red

came into work today to find our Cisco MCS 7800 With a red lite LES on the heartbeat  next to the UID any ideas what this means I cant find anything on this subject? I've tried logging into the device and have been unsuccessful. I've also tried Pinging the server which I get a no response. Would appreciate any help with this problem.

If I'm not mistaken you have an MCS-7825 of the HP flavor.  That LED as red usually indicates a critical system failure like Memory, CPU or similar.  You'd best connect a monitor and keyboard to see what's up.  If you have support I would also recommend a TAC case.
