Currently we have CUCM 9 setup in our office. When our user makes a call to the pstn, the receiver is seeing full external number mask. What we want is when a receiver gets a call from us, they should see only Private or Unknown number instead of our full DID.
one way of doing is , in the Route pattern , choose Calling Line ID Presentation and Calling Name Presentation to restricted or in the GW page
