During a recent install, one of our customers snapped the wire to the Cisco Microphone 20. Can this cable be easily replaced in the field? Or does this need to come back to Cisco for repair? If it can be replaced in the field, what is the replacement part number?

Hello - the 7.5 meter cable for the Cisco Performance 20 Microphone is integrated into the microphone and is not field-replaceable.
The most simple repair is to order a replacement microphone with part number:
CTS-QSC20-MIC=
Depending on where the wire has been cut, it might be possible to reterminate the cable with a 4-conductor 3.5mm male connector. A bit tricky soldering those tiny terminals.

The Cable is not especially repairable in the field. You could try raising a case with TAC to see if it would be covered under RMA. Given it was damged in the field, I am not aware of the status. If a replacement is required, the part is
CTS-QSC20-MIC=
