Hi,
I have installed informacast (version 11.0.1) with Cisco callmanager 9.0.1 and I had no problem with the paging functionality with the devices cisco 6921 . But it doesn’t work the cisco 7961 g devices, even if it should work according to the compatibility matrix. This is an abstract of the informacast log file:

Can anyone help me to solve this problem? Thanks

It looks that your phones are stuck in previous paging condition. Give it a try after you restart your phones.

Hi Mohammed,
I've already tried. Moreover, it happens also with new phones which have just been installed. I have this problem only with 7961 phones. When I use 6921 phones I have no problem. As you may notice I have this problem with two phones, both of them are 7961. Do you have any suggestions to solve this problem?
Luigi

Are all phones using SCCP. Also, try to upgrade phone firmware. Sounds to be a bug behavior.

Hi Mohammed,
I think I have solved the problem. I added the 7961 devices (as "controlled devices") to the "application user" which was created on the callmanager to make Informacast with "CTI ROUTE POINT"work. In this way Multicast works with the 7961 devices. I don't understand why this operation is not necessary with 6921 devices which just need to be added to the Informacast recipient group. Do you know why? Thanks
Luigi
