Hi all,
I have a 8945 (firmware 9.3.1.19) paired with a Plantronics Savi 720 via bluetooth. I am encountering an issue with this setup when I am calling out: I hear the ring back tone but as soon as the call is established, the headset disconnects and I no longer have audio. I have to press the call button on the headset or the base station to get the audio back.
I have tried with my cell bluetooth headset (also from Plantronics) and all is fine. Any ideas out there?
