Cisco Phone Designer personalization disabled selected device

Hello ,

My Cisco Phone Designer  doesn't work.

System version: 8.5.1.13900-5

I tried to check the url in the Enterprise Parameters and it matched to the url in the phone .

Frimware  is SCCP42.9-2-3S.

The personalization in the phone is enabled and in the Enterprise Parameters.

In the Cisco Phone Designer I try to connect to the first and seconed sub.

any ideas ?

The most common cause of this was the phone being set to "HTTPS Only" instead of "HTTPS and HTTP Enabled" in the product-specific configuration layout section. Also, be advised that this client went end of sale in 2011 and is no longer being maintained.

Nope. I was hoping it would be recreated within /ccmuser but that never materialized. It seems to have been a tangent Cisco had second thoughts about afterward.
