CISCO PHONE REBOOTING AGAIN AND AGAIN

Cisco Phones are getting restarted / rebooting again on again on a cisco switch.

its cisco 4500 switch

there is no recent changes on switch and CUCM.

Is port security enabled on these ports which are flapping ? can you share the configuration of one port which is shown in the logs.

Hi, please share CUCM phone configuration page. From the attached switch logs we just see that phone is rebooting with no other evidence. As of now I can guest that phone is trying to upgrade its firmware but it fails and then it reboots.

Have you resolved this issue and if so can you post it please 

issue resolved after upgrade

Try connecting the Phones on a different switch. also check the CPU utilization on the switch if it is high or not.
