Cisco Phones are restarting the exact time interval (every 4 hours)

Dear Team,

Cisco Phones are restarting the exact time interval (every 4 hours) for both SIP and SCCP phones.

Attached is the one of the console logs.

As per the sys log application logs this is due to TCP timeout but there is nothing found from network side.

Any suggestions.

Regards,

Sakeer

Have you found the issue? just for my curiosity.

Yes, we found the issue and fixed.

We were using Cisco Firepower firewall and there is Bug ID: CSCvj05640

Each active firewall was rebooting every 8 hours (as the active unit was changing, so a reboot every 4h) and the same time phones also rebooting. Cisco TAC engineer from Security team implemented the workaround to enable snmp servers under the platform settings for the HA pair and fixed the firewall reboot issue.
