Cisco phones Display off globally

Hello i have CUCM 11.5.1.12900-21, and phones 6921 , 9951.

I try to change Common Phone Profile : set parameters

-Display On Time: 09:00

-Display On Duration: 09:00

-Display Idle Timeout 01:00

*Display backlight must 09:00 am - 18:00 , but not work. I see information "Backlight" on display phone and this time is wrong.

Common Phone Profile is not work and enterprise phone configuration too.

Its only work as I assign on each device specifically in the settings parameter:

-Backlight On Time:

-Backlight On Duration:

-Backlight Idle Timeout:

This is what exactly is the model 6921.

Regarding the model 9951, then the display is switched on constantly, and I do not understand how it can be disabled by the time.

6921: SCCP69xx.9-4-1-3SR3

9951: sip9951.9-4-2SR3-1

What do you mean not working on 6921? Do you mean that display goes off at the wrong time or not going off at all?

display goes off but not time from Common Profile... It somehow remains the default
