Cisco real Time monitor + CUCM 8.5 + TCP UDP ports

Hi,

I want use the CUCM 8.5 plugin "Real time monitor" , but i dont konw wich TCP/UDP port to open on the Firewall ?

(My laptop is in another VLAN than Vocie VLan , and The All Vlan are separated by A Cisco ASA Firewall).
