You can't edit the default rule set that comes with the standalone CSA variants.
What you can do is make sure you are running the latest version that's available (3.0.2 is several years old) - generally McAfee is on the list of 'supported' AV solutions, so if the newer versions of CSA interfere with it your only remaining option would be to open a TAC case and try and get them to fix up the rules.
