Cisco Slow Extension Mobility Login/Logout (Delay)

Hello,

There is an issue with Extension Mobility login/logout time, the delay is only present on 79XX phones , while on 89XX,99XX.... there is no delay.

for 79XX it takes 30 Seconds to login and logout , Firmware : 9-4-2SR1

for 89XX it takes 7-10 Seconds to login and logout

any ideas on why this is happening ?
