Hi All,
we are having a problem with cisco softphone. All routings are correct and the phone rings well. but not audio from both the ends. anyone have come across this issue? any clue where to troubleshoot?
We use cisco softphone version 8.6.1.0

Could you please explain how is deployed your IP Communicator and Communications Manager (Call Manager)?
Are you connect trough a vpn?
