Solved: Cisco TP Room LIcense

Hello,

I have a BE6k Ver. 9.x and I want to acquire an additional TP Endpoint. But there is no software version 9.x under the R-CBE6k-K9 top level part number. I can only see software version 10. and above.

Will the BE6K-UCL-TP-RM license for version 10.x work with my BE6k verision 9.x?

I believe 9.x is already EOS, licenses are version specific in PLM/ELM, if you get a 10.x license, it will only work with a 10.x cluster.

I suggest you reach out to your SE/AM for assistance.
