Hi
I installed the Cisco TSP on a Win2003 Server. The TSP ist not able to authenticate on the callamanger 7.0.2. I get the error message "Directory login failed - timeout" in the log.
The user configuration and the permissons on the callmanager are correct. I did the same configuration with the same user and phone on a XP station. All is working fine on the XP station.
Does anyone have an idea where the problem is?

Hi
Do you have your CM cluster LDAP integrated?
If so, try setting the LDAP servers to point at your Global Catalog/ Port 3268 instead of the current 389. This eliminates some timeouts/referrals.
