I am looking for further info regarding the below product from Cisco. I have some experience with ARC Attendant console so I understand how this all works. I think ARC is a bit overkill for what we need so hence I am looking at the below product. Key point being that the software runs locally on the receptionists machine.
One question, we have one site that is split across 3 separate buildings, with each building having a receptionist. Is it possible to have all 3 receptionists login and receive calls to just a single extension? i.e. any of the 3 of them could answer the inbound call?
