Cisco Unified Attendant Console Standard and Windows 10 Version 20H2 Compatibility

Greetings!

We are looking to upgrade our AC to version 12.0.4.20. Our current one is on 11.0.3.2604 and that version of Win 10 is 1909 which as you all know is reaching end of life soon and the rest of our environment is on 20H2.

I can’t seem to find solid literature on the Cisco site that can tell me what version of AC is compatible with what build of Windows 10. I only find in release notes that Win 10 is generally compatible. However, we know that certain builds do not work well with AC.

AFAIK there is no testing done for each Windows build that is released, that's why it only says Windows 10.

You would need to POC it and reach TAC if you face any issues.

That is what I figured but I wanted to make sure before I go before my superiors with my findings.
