cisco unified ip phone 6921 registration

Hello friends,

i have a cisco unified ip phone 6921 but i can't register to a Elastix server... can you please give me step by step instructions how to do it... where should i  go to insert the username and the password ?

You should probably be looking the "Elastix" guidelines and compatibility, as they should be providing the details if they approved this Cisco phone with their service.

Is the phone using SIP or SCCP firmware, first ensure it is SIP.

If this is the company you are talking about, I don't see Cisco phones as certified hardware:

How can i upgrade a cisco ip phone 6921 firmware ?

It would definielty need to be SIP to integrate with any 3rd party systems.
