Hi Experts,
I have working integration long time ago with cisco Unity 5.0(1) & CUCM 6.1.2. Suddenly , three days ago when i pressed messages button, sometimes voice mail function working fine & most of the time i am getting either ringing without openning the greeting voice mail message ( when i see call viewer on Unity, i did not find any calls go to voice mail server) OR the call openedc but closed suddenly with 0 or 1 sec time maximum ( in this case i can see calls go to call viewer in Unity server).
Where is the problem? How i can solve it?

when i press "integration monitor" , i got " No integration interface available". what is that mean?

problem is solved by installing KB958644 for Win Ser 2003
