I have received a mail from cisco after entering PAK received with Product. I have Received two mails with Licence attached, and i entered that files to Cisco Unity Licence Wizard at the time of installation after finish it is showing me a message that some features would not be work because not licensed. When i tried to add ports extension for Voicemail in Manage Integration Wizard it is not allowing me to add port and showing me a message that not licensed. Beacause of this i cant move ahead doing my work ,whole work is in hold. And I am Using CME as my phone system connected to Cisco Unity and Exchange 2007. Please suggest and help on this matter.

Thanks for your reply Sir,
But i am working on Cisco Unity 7 and the link as solution you provided is for CUE..Cisco Unity Express. and that is a CLI form. Please provide something else as solution. If u say i will send you whole configuration i had done on CME and we are integrating Unity with Exchange 2007. Extension for Voicemail has done on CME and when we dial this particular number it is showing Busy tone. I think this is because i have not entered extension on Cisco Unity. And when i m going to do that it is showing me Error of not licensed. Please help

I am attaching license files at attachment,please have a look and yesterday i have downloaded a demo license from cisco for unity and when i added that in unity it has taken without any warning... but my bad luck that again all ports are filled and no port has left for add extension number.

Sir, i want to mention one thing more that the demo license i had having a lot of content in it but in my licenses there is nothing like that...

Hi Rosy,
You will need to contact;
Work with them to see why you are missing these licenses. Maybe you are missing one complete PAK;

Sets the maximum number of Voice Messaging (VM) subscribers allowed in Cisco Unity.
or these if you are using Unified messaging;
LicUMSubscribersMax
Sets the maximum number of Unified Messaging (UM) subscribers allowed in Cisco Unity.
You also are missing any VM Port licenses;
LicVoicePortsMax
Sets the maximum number of Cisco Unity voice messaging ports that can be installed on the Cisco Unity server.

Ok sir, i will do that by tommorow morning ,thanks a lot for your valuable time and please help me for one more thing that as i mentioned earlier that i have used demo version for cisco unity... i have set all, Ephone-dn with VM Port, Ephone with ID, Extension number etc at both sides in CME and Unity too... But when i dial that Voicemail Pilot number i m getting Busy tone. And i am not able to open Web Interface for Unity. I am very frustrated now please help in this issue as i think that this matter is stuck into last step.. And i have Started Web Client services for web interface but not helpful...
