Cisco Unity Conection & schedules

Hi,

I'm facing some problems on unity conection & schedules and i'm not able to find a full documentation about how t works.

What I want to do

Playing specific greetings at 2 specific timeslots, Standard greeting rest of the day

Here is how i did it

I created a schedule called TEST with 2 schedules détails configured as mentioned below  :

  • noon every Weekday from 12:00 PM to 01:00 PM

  • non2 every Weekday from 01:30 PM to 02:00 PM

On the user testX, I changed the field "Active Schedule" to TEST but in greetings i still witout any view on neitheir noon nor noon2.

Any Ideas ? Suggestions or documentation link ?

You just need to enable the std and closed greetings on whoever you apply this schedule to.
