ViewMail for Outlook (VMO) is supported by Unity Connection out of the box. You can install or deploy it on user workstations and either use IMAP (user Class of Service must allow this) or Single Inbox, which is recommended but be aware of SMTP domain considerations, to access the messages. As of VMO 8.6(5)+ users may not have to enter their credentials when using Single Inbox which helps with scalability.

I was referring to a setup guide, step by step to enable the view mail service and any diagram where explain the

interacts between outlook user-viewmail for outlook-IMAP(if optional or not)-unity connection-exchange.

- For Single Inbox feature, you must enable the IMAP service?
