Cisco Unity Connection (8.6.2) problems after reboot

Hello-

I had to power down the host for virtual machines: Call Manager, Unified Presence, and Unity Connection.  All servers where shut down using Cisco Unified OS Administration.  Each server booted successfully except Unity Connection.  Only some of the services come up on Unity, and the admin web interface is not available - HTTP Status 404 - /cuadmin/home.do "The requested resource(/cuadmin/home.do) is not available."  I can log in to Unity with ssh, and I have tried manually restarting the services, and rebooting the machine, all with the same results.  List of services pasted below.

Any ideas greatly appreciated,

D Snook

Have you tried another reboot?

Also, I've seen something similar if the IP address has been changed so verify that your IP settings are good.

Not really sure but that's my two cents.

To follow up on the solution - in case anyone has a similar experience:

Unity connection most likely experienced an unexpected power loss without proper shutdown.  Unfortunately the server had to be reconfigured from scratch.  We were not making scheduled backups at the time - but the service was only in use within the test lab.
