Cisco Unity Connection HA Backup

Hello Guys,

I have the Cisco Unity Connection 8.6 HA ( Active/Active). When I tried to do the backup using the DRS from the Unity Connection Publisher, I can backup only the publisher node. In order to back the 2nd Node I need to login to the send node DRS and need to backup that node. This is not the way we do it on the CUCM. Hence wondering whether this is normal behavour on the Unity Connection HA DRS ?

This is normal as Unity Connection is an active-active cluster model.  If you want to backup each node, you need to configure DRS on each.  I would also recommend that you backup each server to it's own backup folder path.
