Cisco Unity Connection Intermitent Transfer Fail

Hello Forum,

 

I'm having some weird issues with an IVR i configured on Cisco Unity Connection, I don't know exactly were the problem is, at random times when a call comes in via a FXO port to the IVR and the user dials an extensión it gets the answer "You cannot be transfered to this number, check the number and try again", even though its a CUCM registered phone (model 3905)

I'm working with cucm 11.5 and unity 11.5, also the call flow is as follows:

 

FXO -> MGCP GW -> CUCM -> CTI RP -> UC IVR (Call Handler) -> Extensión

 

I have the allow transfer to numbers not assosiated with users or call handlers enabled, and sometimes the transfer works fine.

 

any help with this would be much appreciated.
