Hi All,
I only have 1 of 15 phones registered on SRST mode, my question is how can I force to register again with the CUCM, just plug-out and plug-in or any command on the Voice Gateway...

One way to force the registration is to reset the phone(s):
router#conf t
router(config)#call-manager-fallback
router(config-cm-fallback)#reset all

If the reset doesn't fix your problem the issue could be DNS.
Browse to the phone by putting its IP Address in a web browser.
Look in the configuration settings for the Call Manager Field. Could be named something like Unified CM 1 or Unified CM Primary etc...
If there is a host name for CUCM in this field then the phone will use DNS to resolve that host name.
If the lookup fails the phone will move on to Unified CM 2 and then its SRST Router field which is usually an IP Address.
Fix the DNS problem and your phone should register to CUCM.
