Cisco unity connection

Hi everyone! Now I'm using Cisco Unity Connection IVR system. My question is: How can user call manually internal number when they know, by keypad? Example: SIP->1111->Greeting-> * -> "Manula internal number" 2229

Greetings have caller input enabled by default, record a message saying they can dial, and make sure your restriction tables and the CSS for the integration allows the DNs to be dialed.
