cisco unity error message

Hi ,

One of my colleagues is getting this error message on his unity server  while adding the mailbox on  Unity .

Can somebody guide on this issue.. unity ver.. 4.2

Hi Abhishek,

In the COS within Unity there are relationships/references to specific

"licensed" features (inbox etc.) What this error is telling your friend is that one of

the "licensed" features is @ full capacity. At this point you would have toadd the user

in a COS that does not have these "licensed" features You can check the license

report to find what feature has been fully used up.
