I have CME 8.6 with CUE 8.x.
I have an IVR prompt configured in CUE which says at end "please leave a msg after beep". I configured script into CUE Editor & it is working fine between working & non working hour prompt. My issue is i dont know how to forward call from IVR to CUE & CUE should auto answer it for user. so that next day when user comes he should be able to see msgs.
Can any body advise please
