Our campus has purchased several Cisco VT Camera II webcams, but I'm unable to download the drivers for them without a contract. The devices themselves did not come with any installation media, and they're not automatically installing on Windows 8. Do I need to use a different OS for them?
I saw another thread addressing it, but downloading from CNET or something while posing this question on a Cisco website for Cisco support is pretty unacceptable. Then again, so was being sent to a forum to address the issue instead of handling it for the support email that I had already gone through after looking in the forums.
