Hello, wondering if anyone can explain what the RED bar at top of phone display is and how to get rid of it (see attached). I already had user power off and remove/reseat the battery but RED bar came back upon reboot.
I just ran into this same problem. After messing around a bit, that's the notification that the phone is in Do Not Disturb mode. It's not documented on what the screen looks like but the procedure is doc'd in the User Guide.
From your phone,
Access the Phone app.
(Optional) Select a line
Press More (3 dots at bottom left) and select Do not disturb
