ClickToCall setup

Going off a great recommendation here I am working on setting up ClickToCall. But one thing that I am not clear on after reading the install guide is whether to activate the required services on both Call Manager Subscriber and Publisher servers or just Publisher.

From what I remember, ClicktoCall can only use a single CUCM at a time, so activating services on multiple servers would allow you to load balance some users on each server, and/or move users over to another server should one have any problems.

Thanks Joe, there was only a short line about this in the guide that I overlooked. Much appreciated!

One other portion I have hit a obstacle with is the ADM template for C2C. The ADM template has settings for ClickToCall 7.0 and ClickToCall 8.0.

Any idea if both the C2C 7.0 and 8.0 GPO settings are stacked? Meaning do both sets of GPO settings apply to a 8.0 client? The reason I ask is that the GPO setting for the WebDialer address and the CCMCIP address are only found in the ClickToCall 7.0 GPO settings but not in the 8.0 one. But when I apply the GPO with the 7.0 settings the only one that works is the "Use the currently logged in Windows Username". Neither the WebDialer address or CCMCIP address are populated. I am very familar with how GPO work so this should be pretty simple
