Client Matter Code Problem with cisco IP phone 7841

Hi,

I have 3 site which I can call headquarter, site 1 and site 2. I have installed Cisco IP phone 7841, 7861, 8861 and 8945 series in this sites. I have also configured Client Matter Code in CUCM.

The problem is in site 1 and site 2 for ip phone 7841 series. When I try to make a call and I get the CMC prompt, He don't give me the time to enter the code and I heard the busy tone signal automatically.

Please can you help me, because I don't know what can be the problem and they haved no problem after proceed to the installation.

On the route pattern please make sure that "Urgent Priority" is unchecked so that T.302 timer get invoked; thus giving users time to enter the CMC or FAC.

Also if you do not append the FAC or CMC with #, the system waits for the T302 timer to extend the call.
