Hi,
I have 3 site which I can call headquarter, site 1 and site 2. I have installed Cisco IP phone 7841, 7861, 8861 and 8945 series in this sites. I have also configured Client Matter Code in CUCM.
The problem is in site 1 and site 2 for ip phone 7841 series. When I try to make a call and I get the CMC prompt, He don't give me the time to enter the code and I heard the busy tone signal automatically.
Please can you help me, because I don't know what can be the problem and they haved no problem after proceed to the installation.
