Hi,
I have a scenario where the phones are in SRST mode, a call from the PSTN will not trigger the voice mail pilot and neither will a internal call. It keeps ringing.
I configured the following:
Call Forward, busy, no answer internal external - checking the box and which has the CSS-VM.
CFUR Internal - xxxxx - a number that hits a Route pattern that calls the SRST phone via the PSTN.
CFUR External - none
When the SRST phone rings, I see calls from the calling DN and forwarded by whatever number configured in CFUR on the display
Under normal conditions, the voice mail works internally as well as from the PSTN.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks,
Paul

Just checking. Have you configured the "voicemail" command under "call-manager-fallback" on the srst router?

Hi, I did not configure that. I am not really sure how to get it to work.
The voicemail pilot is 2220.
I created a CTI RP - 5150 with the voicemail pilot 2220 just for the test lab.
I am not sure why this CTI RP registration is always unknown.
I can call 5150 and it goes to voicemail.
Under callmanager fallback,
I configured voicemail 5150, call-forward noan 5150 timeout 20.
When the WAN is down the call goes via the PSTN to the SRST phone. However it keeps ringing until the timeout and then it goes to a fast reorder tone.
Any help appreciated.
Thanks.
