Solved: CM Phone Export and Import

Hello everyone,

I am trying to export phones from a 7.x system into a 9.x system but it keeps failing. I think I am missing a step. Does anyone have a link that shows me exactly what I need to do?

Taking a BAT export, and importing it into another CUCM, is only that easy if they're on THE SAME VERSION.

If not, as in your case, you need to massage the data as necessary to make it compliant with the 9.x format and add/remove fields as necessary.

There are no links, this is all manual work you'll need to do by taking an export from 9.x and then comparing it to one from 7.x, then manually adjusting as necessary.
