I can navigate to the User Options web page but can never log in. I eiter get invalid username/password or I get HTTP Status 404. Is there a service that is not functioning properly? Or, am I usining the wrong user/password? The one I use is the username/password from the CM User Management. Any help would be greatly apprecieated.

Are you LDAP integrated?? if so, then it's your AD user and PWD, otherwise, it's your CUCM user and PWD.
Are the users in the CCMUser group??

That does help. But now when I use my LDAP credentials I just get the HTTP Status 404

LDAP was not syncing correctly which was causing the problem. Now that LDAP is fixed. All is good. Thanks for the help in getting me pointed in the right direction!
