I am troubleshooting an intermittent one-way audio issue with SIP calls to a provider through a Fortigate firewall. The FW engineer recommends setting the ALG to kernel base instead of proxy base. When I try this it breaks the SIP calls. The FW engineers says I need to enable SIP session helper on the CME? Is this even a CME thing? The RTP packets seem to loose their payload in one direction when this happens.
