when I am try to reset phone on

                                voice register pool  1

getting a error -------> No contact info available for pool 1

any one have idea what is the problem ?

Try to register new phone  (8961)

There isn't too much information in your post excet wanting to register a phone.  It looks like from the little output you included that it is a SIP phone you are trying to register.  If so, may be the link below may help:
