Have a 7940 phone that randomly locks up. Router is 3825 running 12.4(20)T.
Line one of the phone is a personal line with extension 101.
Line 2 is used to accept incoming calls for the facility (switchboard type use). Has an overlay of 7 numbers that are in 3 different hunt groups. (621, 622, 623, 626, 627, 628, and 631)
The hunt groups are used to add phones that ring the longer the call has been on the line. The first hunt group has three phones and rolls to the second group after 24 seconds. The second hunt group adds three phones that are ringing for 24 seconds. The third hunt group rings until answered.
Attached is a partial config with the relevant parts.
Line 2 has the box that shows up with call details, but has no text in it. If I remember correctly, the phone will not accept another call on line 2 while in this state.
The phone is unplugged to clear the line that locks up.
Has anybody run across anything like this or have any suggestions?

What version of CME you are using as well as what load is installed on the phone?
