Hello all,
In CME, you can set up "queueing" by using the appropriate .tcl scripts and setting up the BACD services as "dropthrough". You can even use the "
param drop-through-prompt" option to setup the intial greeting, and when no one answers from the hunt group the script automatically processes the "second greeting" prompt which is the "en_bacd_allagentsbusy.au" prompt, which can be recorded over for a custom queue message.
In between hearing the "drop-through-prompt" and the "second greeting" prompt, the caller hears ringing, then after the call is reclaimed into the "queue", they hear hold music for the duration of the call being re-presented to the hunt group.
Is there any way to keep the caller from hearing the ringing, and only hear the greetings and the hold music?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Kevin

Aside from modifying the script, there is no way.

That's what I was afraid of. OK, second question:
Is there a way to setup up multiple "second greetings", instead of having each dropthrough resort to the allagentsbusy prompt?

Same answer as above.
