CME API question

Im trying work with some of the CME APIs to pull information out to be used for a global directory. I was curious what is contained in the ISgetUserProfile?

Please find below the detailed information

ISgetUserProfile

Use the ISgetUserProfile to retrieve the status and configuration information for a specific user profile.

Use any combination of the following:

•ISUserProfileID with the user profile ID of a specific user.

•ISuserID with user ID of a specific user.

•ISKeyword with one of the following options:

–all—Displays details of all configured user profiles.

–allTag—Displays a list of all configured user profile IDs.

–available—Next available user profile.

Thank you for this information. The only thing I'm curious about is when we tried to use the following requests we did not get any responses. Any clues to why?
