We have ordered telephone system from a third party, and we found that whenever some one called we get ipcc 999xxxxx number as incoming number. And the guys who delivered says it is not possible to get incoming number on cisco phones since is call is delivered to phone from IPCC . But sound strange to me that cisco cannot provide such a simple and basic functionality.
We are havin ipcc with latest version 8.x .
Just like to check with you guys Is it possible to get incoming number on cisco phone 7942
