We use CME 12.0 on Router 2911.
I have two question:
First question: We use B-ACD i Tcl Call-Handling Applications to simple IVR - 3 option to choose:
It work like:
1. Customer call to number XXXXXXXXXX
2. Hear IVR audio
2.1 If he choose "1", he is redirect to person with extention Z
2.2 If he choose "2", he is redirect to person with extention W
If it is possible to configuration B-ACD, to IVR have more level. For example:
1. Customer call to number XXXXXXXXXX
2. Hear IVR audio
2.1 If he choose "1", he hear second IVR audio:
2.1.1 If he choose "1", he is redirect to person with extention Z
2.1.2 If he choose "2", he is redirect to person with extention W
2.2 f he choose "2", he hear another IVR audio:
2.2.1 If he choose "1", he is redirect to person with extention A
2.2.2 If he choose "2", he is redirect to person with extention B
Second question: When all line are busy, custumer can get information, in which position in queue is?
