Hi Experts,
We are running CME 4.0. I just wanted to confirm that if we have to take backup, the two things to do are :
from CLI, take backup of the "sh run" configuration.
Also from CME GUI, we can go to "Administration - > Save Router config", in any event one of the 2 methods should work fine. Just making sure I am not missing something. Also want to confirm that unlike CUE backup / restore, we don't have to take the system offline for CME.

Saving a copy of "sh run" will be sufficient. The "Save Router config" command in the GUI does not backup the configuration. It simply saves the running config to startup. You can automate the backup of the config with a product such as Kiwi CatTools.
