Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express
In the following parallel hunt group, I wanted to ring simualtenosuly for 6 phones at same time and if no one picks up the same, it must goes to final - to voicemail.
I have configured as below:
voice hunt-group 1 parallel
pilot 1000
list 4405,4417,4442,4453,4464,4465
final 4555
timeout 20
Issue: - After certain rings, I am getting busy tone.
I tried by this way instead of having 6 extensions in list, i made it to 4 extension, this time - call goes to voicemail instead of busy tone while i have 6 extension in list under hunt-group.
Can anyone please guide me how can i setup all 6 phones to ring simulatenously in hunting config ???????
