CME connection tone music ? possible ?

Dear all,

I have CME 8 and unity Express 7, Can I make the connection tone to music durning call transfer.

Can paging group can do ?
Can a express editor IVR script can do ?
Can rename the ringback.wav in CME ?

No, the ringback tone cannot be changed to a music. It indicates that a phone is ringing.

How about AA script ?

B/ACD-AA can place calls on queue and play music while the call is being answered.

But not for transfer as you asked. Playing musing on transferred calls would require intercepting calls to DNs and I would not recommend it.
